Steel Hose Loop Assemblies
Hose Loops are mainly used for transporting fluid in high pressure discharge line, well testing line and cementing slurry line.
Hose Loops include long radius type and flexible type. Long radius type combines long radius swivel joint and integral pup joint, featuring high erosion resistance, less vibration, impact resistance and large flow. Flexible type has single union connection, featuring excellent seal and rotary performance.
Made to with stand cold working pressures up to 15,000 psi for standard service and 10,000 psi for sour service.
Pup Joints
A Pup Joint is a shorter version of tubing and casing, used to adjust the length of a string to its exact requirements.
Integral Pup Joint could be used in high pressure discharge line, input line, temporary flow line, well testing and other transmission lines. Its Detachable wing union end connections enable fast, easy make-up and break-out of temporary flow lines.
NPST Pup joints are made of high-quality seamless pipeline with male and female detachable Hammer Unions.
We provide both Integral and NPST pup joints :
- Sizes from 2” to 4”. Integral Pup Joint available in lengths up to 12 feet while threaded / butt weld is available up to 20 feet.
- Available in 6,000 to 20,000 psi pressure rating.
- All products manufactured from forged steel which meets ASTM and / or AISI standards.
- Available in both standard and H2Sservice.
